Garlic Chili Shrimp Stir-fry
Shouting out myself because I have come into my chefhood. Okay in all actuality I am no chef, but I sure as heck make due this tiny kitchen and limit income I have. For my first recipe, I thought I would share the secret to one of my all-time quick dishes - Garlic Chilli Shrimp
The idea for this recipe came to me after eating at the Decilious Tiger Mama in Fenway, where they have a similar dish called the "Crispy Brussels Sprouts" which is Brussel sprouts chili garlic sauce, and toasted cashews.
Instead of making several different dishes to make a meal I decided to make my interpretation of the Brussels, by adding a little-sauteed shrimp minus the cashews and throw it on top of rice for a meal made in heaven.
- 1 pound (halves) Brussel sprouts
- 3-4 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 2 (Minced) Garlic Cloves
- 4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Chilli Sauce
- 1 pound Shrimp
- (Optional) Rice
